Ok guys,

In how many places do we need to sign.

1. End of the citizenship application form
2. Residence Calculator
3. Any other places???

Also when we attach a form do we need to sign that too?

"Print the name of the person on the back of the photos." Source: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/photospecs-cit.asp

It's not required to sign, only to write/print the name of the applicant.

First and last name, the way so people can read whose face they are looking for. Don't forget to ask photographer to stamp lab name and date on the pictures. Make sure it's readable.

1 and 2 are the only required ones.

What kind of form are you talking about?

Whenever there was a letter (cover letter, or letter of explanation) included in the application, I signed it. But that was my choice: both including such letters, as well as signing them. They were also identified with number of pages, my name, my Client ID, address, phone number and e-mail.
