Is there a way to know how many years you have worked in a given year or in the last 5 years?
For example, I want to know how many hours I worked in total in the year 2021, or the total hours from from 2019 to 2024. Just wondering if it's possible to know.

How old are you? 5?
You know best when and how many hours you worked, it's your life and not anybody else's

you must be an idiot or not even familiar with North American job sector! Those who do not work any set number of hours i.e. people in food service industry might not have the record of how many hours they have worked 2/3 years ago!

You seem to be one of those lazy people not taking responsibility for their own lives. If you don't know how many hours you worked this year, last year or any year, then you appear to be the idiot here.

You can easily get the number of hours worked from your T4. Just divide the figure from line 14 with the hourly wage and you get the number of hours worked. It's that simple. Surely, if you worked in the food service, such as Tim Hortons, chances are you are minimum wage.

I worked at Walmarts and Tim Hortons way back in 2019 and I can still recall the hourly wage and the number of hours worked. I also have my old T4s, too.
