I work full-time at a construction company, consistently logging over 30 hours per week throughout the year. During the summer, I work as a carpenter, and the company employs about 10 people during this time. In the winter, I transition to the role of an estimator, when the company operates with only three employees. Does the company need to maintain a certain number of employees year-round to meet the eligibility requirements for my PR, or would this setup still qualify?

What does number of employees have to do with Express Entry? If for a PNP then may be an issue so look up employer requirements.
