Can I count the Number of days presence in Canada for my PR renewal/citizenship, if I work in USA through Canadian Consulting company with paying canadian taxes.

All they care is your presence IN CANADA.

YES: If you work for a Canadian company located in the US, then you can count your days towards maintaining your PR status but NOT towards Citizenship. Citizenship requires physical presence.
