NSNP skilled worker with study permit

Hi everyone,
I was just wondering if anyone would have the same experience as I do that can help me find my answer.
I am on a study permit and I am almost finishing my Phd but I was thinking of applying for PR. I know that for PR federal the work experience during the time you are a a full time student does not count but is it the same for NSNP? I have seen the skilled worker stream from Nova Scotia Nomination Program fits my current situation only if they count my work experience during my study.
It would be great if someone know the answer to this. I couldnt find anything on the web page itself.
