Hey Andy, i could not apply this time. Have few queries, appreciate your response

Can i create my online application and keep it ready and apply when the stream opens?
My primary NOC is not listed in the occupation list but my experience matches one of the NOC, do i have to change my primary NOC in EE profile to apply for a listed NOC here?
