nsnp inland pnp (experienced class) 2016

i got my nomination on 21 july 2016 under NSNP.
got ita on 28 july 2016
got AOR on 8 august
got medicals passed on 25 august
background check in progress
addittional document request received today (appendix A)
and background check changed to not needed

does anyone faced the same situtation. ..

i dont know why they need appendix A. and i have been rejected for NSNp EARLIER in different stream so does that effect my file.
