My documents are almost done. I want your advice if I can apply within 4 or 5 days for PR under NOC 2173 (the number of applications received by CIC now is 425) or I am too late and should wait the Express entry ?
Thanks a lot

pls let me know if there is a way to get additional copy of IELTS result?
This is not something that your local testing center has the freedom to decide. IELTS rules are the same everywhere. You can escalate them. Or you can request your TRF directly from Cambridge ESOL using this form:Futurist said:the problem with applying for both would be the original IELTS TRF. How many Test Report Forms (TRFs) am I entitled to?
You will only receive one (1) copy of your Test Report Form, unless you are applying to Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC), or United Kingdom Border Agency (UKBA) – in these cases, you can receive two. Proof of application to CIC and UKBA must be provided.
