I applied under general on 12 july from vfs chd n reavhed vonsulate chd on 15, till when shall I expect as itz general?

22 i hd applied under general category on 9th july at vfs chd.....from 10onwards it's under processing

I think Chandigarh is processing much slower compared to Delhi. For Delhi, They have processed till the 23rd of July.
