I am lousy at the stats stuff, but am I right that 80 (chosen from spread sheet) out of approx 1,600 ITA is about 5%? If so it is interesting as we had figured out some time ago that the FSW applicants on forum were about 4% of global applicants.

Really that spreadsheet's sample size is so small you can't really make any statistically prudent claim out of it...this EE system is everyone's guess

Hello All,

My prediction would be April 7/8 for 7th draw with points 420-430 & Draw#8 would be on April 20/21 with points 400-410.

Unless they delay it coz of Easter the dates should be correct..

Fingers crossed. :)

7TH DWAW..1600 ITA AND SCORE WILL BE 447

From here on the points may drop very slow. I think by the time it drops to 350 level(if ever), it will take a good
6-8 months. Between 5th Draw of 481 and 6th draw of 453, there were around 59 people per point. This will only
increase as the points go lower. ::)

How many minds would blow if it went up on the next one ;)

I do not think it will go up by took much if it did because the provinces has a limited number of nominations which they can make. Also it seem Like than majority of the applicants with over 400 points are young people. So those in their 30's are less likely to get so high points. I am 289 and give up all hopes. What you guys think?

i dont think it will go up as even if some one is at 900 points and the cut off is 453 he or she would still get an ITA so there is no point for them to get the scores back up as anyone higher score than cut off will automatically get an ITA.

how the first 4 draws were for people with either job offers or PNP

5th and 6th draw was for people who either had canadian education or work experience.

from 7th draw onwards its an open competition for a foreigner who has neither a Canadian experience or nor Canadian work experience

becasue any one with out Canadian work exp or education can score points upto 453 (less than 30 clb 9+ masters degree one or more year of work exp)

still i think people the number of ITAs will be less beacause not many people have all these things as in masters degree single applicant and high english scores.

once the mark goes to 400 then the reduction of points will be really slow.

Yup, very close to what I think the scores will be.

Draw 7:- 431 1,853

Draw 8:- 419 1,729

I agree with this prediction. I would surprised if it's not within a 5pts range of these two predictions. Good call

From the records I believe it will be close to 430-440 but I somehow hope it moves down as mine is 366.
Any chance of me getting an ITA?

Wow 7th draw already! I wonder what draw will my score be included :/ I'm just at 326 points :(

Will the draws have a deadline? Or does it go on until a certain cap limit?

my score is 394. i m from india. my qualification is masters in mechanical engineering.
should i expect scores will get down further?
