Hi,

I am a working wife and wants to apply my parents visitor visa. My father is 64 years old and still working and mother is housewife. As we are showing employment letter and bank statement shows salary every month. They have in their savings account around 2.5 lacs and we have another joint account which includes myself my mother and father and which has 7 lacs. I just wanted to know are they consider funds from the joints account if i apply visitor visa for them??

Please help me to clarify the confusion.

Thanks

Hi everyone,
Me and my mother applied for a visit visa to canada.today i got a decision that my visa got rejected, and i got a mail from VFS collect our passports I'm a student in india and basically I'm dependent on my parents, we were planning to visit my brother in canada so i have attached all the documents which relates me ie college noc, Bonafide, college id card. And i have also attached a property document which was on my name. want to reapply for a visa can help me what additional documents i could add with my new application.

Hi guys, I am an bit confused about visa vs supervisa for my mother and don’t know which one would be better for her. I was hoping some of you could help me with my confusion please.

1) My mother doesn’t have an income or property under her name, and doesn’t have a good bank account either. But I have 75K salary, NOA and stable income for the past two years, decent saving account, employment letter, T4, pay stubs, etc. Having this in mind, I am going to sponsor her for visit application and my understanding is that only with “super visa” I can be the sponsor. For regular visitor visa, my financial situation does not count that much, and she has to show strong financial situation herself. In this true?

2) On the other hand, with super visa we have to say she intends to stay more than 6 months. But she really doesn’t want to stay more than 1-2 month. Would that be okay if she apply “super visa” (due to comment #1) and mention duration of stay to be a month? Or that she mention 6 months in the application, and then go back after 1-2 months?

3) She never traveled to any country and her ties to her home country would be my father, my two sisters, her parents and her other siblings.

Which one increases her chance of getting a visa supervise or TRV???
Thank you

That’s new! Which visa did you apply for and was it for you?
Nothing new there..

If you plan to stay for more than 6 months
You need a medical exam if you meet any of these criteria:

If you need a medical exam, the visa office will tell you what to do next.

I didnt satisfy any of the above points and hence didnt need a medical

For supervisa, yes..
For normal visit visa - No...
