I called CIC today. The agent said security check is still in progress. She said everything is positive. She implied that I need to wait for another few months probably.

Another few months ?? Isn't it strange if everything is alright why few more months ?

She can't give you the exact time.. because they don't know either its all upto the case officer how quick he is.

If she says say 5 days and you don't get a result in 5 days you would call them again after 5 days .. CIC is a waiting game you're at the end now.. if you've waited this long then why be impatient now.. just wait it out..

Fair Enough . I guess it's Human nature being impatient. Specially when your Co workers and Mates have recieved it who applied at the same time. But yeah, wating is the only option we have at the moment I guess.

yeah i can understand that.. i am in the same boat.. but from the looks of it most of the december and november applicants are clearing out.

We recieved AOR at almost same time. May I ask if you are Inland applicant or Outland Rajveer ?

Does anyone know, if your from a visa exempt country, do we still have to mail the documents in?? Can't it be done electronically?

Follow the PPR email says. You do have to mail the photos & copies of passports to them.

Got mine as well at 1:10am AT. About the visa exempt country, there's a link on the letter for you to check if you are visa exempt (eTA) or not.
