Congrats!! I am a Dec applicant but still my background is not needed and according to my GCMS notes security is not started. Anyone else from Dec in same position because we are very close to 15 months??

Me, im dec applicant and the BC hasnt changed yet still not needed this time even on my gcms notes says not started too. I know this is so frustatring. I think the officer whos handlind our papers might be the same darn it.

Called CIC tons of times and they keep saying that tings are moving ahead as it should be.

Believe it or not, contradicting all the others in this forum.. Dec Applicant here still waiting for MR.

I am preparing my docs for applying to E.E., given such scenario... at least the some years working here in Canada now give me great score for E.E.

i called the call centre and the woman checked my application and told me my ppr que time is 25th feb and your application is approved as of today. i asked her what about DM she says DM basically is a status update initial application got approved earlier this month actually but the status takes time to get updated.

What number did you call?

It makes me anxious since December applicants are getting theirs already and BC was changed to in progress since Jan 7 (2nd changed to in progress already )
Any other November 17 or earlier applicants that has not recieved DM?

Same application date. no DM yet. Get off the computer and go outside. It's really nice and warm (maybe unless you are from Newfoundland)

Hey guys, I just signed up here and I've been reading various post and comments here, I am a November 25th applicant, here is my timeline so far

Sent application November 25th, 2015
AOR was 25th February 2016
RPRF was some time in June 2016
New Schedule A in 26 August 2016
MR in 27 October 2016
Medical passed on November 12, 2016
BC changed to in progress January 16th, 2017

since then nothing has happened t my file, I have called CIC and the agent told me to call back if on the 16th month of my application I haven't seen a DM on my file, now my 16th month will be starting on Sunday 25th, February, Is there anyone in same situation as me?

We are on the same boat. Same date of application but my BC changed to In Progress January 18, 2017. Still no DM and PPR. I called cic last friday and asked about my security, he told me it was passed. He then told me to wait until March 25 (my 16mos) as the processor still have more than a month for my applications to have decision. I really don't understand why except for me to wait....
