Yes sir. For study permit matter was in court
For work permit matter was on my record
For pr everything was gone from the record including fingerprints
For work permit extension same..
I decalred it honestly all the time. They took one month extra to process my work permits.

I'll ask this again as I didn't get any reply few days ago, is there a possibility that my application is delayed because my doctor for medical didn't send x-ray of chest in 30 days after medical request, medical request was on oct 27th, medical done Oct 29th and he sent x-ray somewhere in beginning of December, he forgot to send it before?
Please advise, thank you

Alexandra ask them if they sent you any email and by chance did you miss it , if there is no Correspondes ask them did your medical result received if yes than ask what's next step in your file now so they will give you full answer
