Are you guys getting DM in my ecas or mycic? i only have ecas so I was wondering, thank you and congratulations!

Congrats to all Nov applicants! Dec applicant still background check is not needed!! do you have any idea how long after background in progress you received DM?

1.We received your application for permanent residence on December 23, 2015.
2.We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s) on March 11, 2016.
3.We started processing your application on March 12, 2016.
4.Medical results have been received.


No background in progress, nothing happening.

I don't know either, kinda getting frustrated.
My ecas is like that since December, I'm just wondering if my application is delayed because my doctor forgot to send an x-ray of chest and send it 30days after medical request

Same here Dec applicants background not needed! Our MR came with 5 days difference compared to Nov applicants (Nov applicants Oct 27- Dec applicants Nov 2)!!

Background changed to progress - Dec 5th


I never ordered GCMS.

All (99%) November applicants will get DM this month or early next month. 15 to 20 days above or below will be there but no need to panic.

So your background was in process around 2.5 months and they had enough time to complete the security but most of Dec applicants background status is not needed but why???
