No you dont need to wait anymore for AOR, AOR stands for acknowledgement of receipt and if you have already received UCI that means you are done with this step, now wait for file transfer to your visa office and then medical..Good luck..Please mention your time line, when your file was received by cic??

It was received by CIC November 17
Thank you very much for your answer ☺☺

Yes if you receive Aor that means they have received your application, and when you receive UCI that means they have gone through your application and all required documents, signatures and fee is in place and they are ready to start processing..

No... File transfer does not show in ecas.

U can do a case specific enquiry and ask them abt file transfer.

DEC-03-Applicant here....

Whew! One more month to go... I'm so excited....

Does anyone in the group got rejected? I mean the application has returned?

Hi Dec. 2 applicant here still waiting for the aor. hoping to receive it by the end of this month or first week of march.

Hi guys,

Re: File Transfer and Medical Request (MR) after receipt of AOR

To find out and know the option on what to do in case of delay, please see the post from the thread link below:

http://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/pnp-pr-november-2015-applicants-to-cio-cic-all-provincial-nominees-t382845.0.html;msg4978453#msg4978453

After AOR, our PR application Files need to first be Transferred from CIC - CIO to our local Visa Office (VO).
... The applicant's local VO (if not, the nearest located VO) shall then send the MR.

... Good luck to all of us ...
