Oh yeah, we are on the same both Param. I guess they will not entertain any additional item like photo or form, outside the package envelope. Unless they requested for it.

(WE might not have any choice but to wait, an AOR or a request, or a returned package...again....huhuhu!)

By the way, I check the GENERIC FORM, and everything are just the same. Only the DATE shown at the lower left side of the form is different. The rest are the same. I hope they will consider mine... cross fingers and lots ot prayers!

Yeah, i also tried to see difference but did not find any difference. It look all same to old IMM5562 form.

when cic returned ur docs and forms, did they put cross marks?? check marks? or highlighted by stabilo??

yes, they did. I even found a UCI number written on my generic from, in pencil.
They have some check marks as well so I guess those are correct hahaha, those highligthed by stabilo are:

1. the main problem it was incomplete. the unsigned SCHEDULE-4, FUND FORM. and
2. my LOA need to be updated too.

They will enclose a letter of explaination too where the problem arises.

yes, they did. I even found a UCI number written on my generic from, in pencil.

my photo enveloped has a cross mark that's why im confused if theres wrong in my photo, then they highlighted the expiry date of the nomination in my nomination letter. I used the same letter so they will know that my application has reached them before. But the major reason why my application was returned is my payment, my credit card got expired 1 week before they process my application.

Oh yeah I remembered! they also put a cross mark on my pics envelope. But i didn't mind it as they also put an x-mark on my generic form. I just provided what they highlighted on the letter from CIO.

Bout the payment, i use credit also, but I paid it ONLINE, then I printed the page with barcode and that is the page of my payment proof. I check my card and the operator said it already has been debited.

How about you, you filled-up the FEE FORM? I just put N/A to it as I paid online already

I think my photo is good for submission, just wondering why did they put a cross mark on my photo, it makes me confused, I don't know if theres wrong with my photos...

Yeah you're right, I didnt thought about that x-mark on the pic envelope. I just thought that the whole package seemed WRONG because something is wrong (my Schedule-4 unsigned).

I didn't used the OLD PICS as it was already 8months old. And my baby has grown so much in those months. So we took another set last OCT-14,2015. BUT I still used the same size. And I didn't put any studio's details on it.

Yes mim you are right , they need 2 photos now but of different size.. That what the problem is.. Lol.. I also send photo with old specification.

Mim23, yes, they can throw away unnecessary photos if they like or put it somewhere to scare the rats! hahaha! At least we are laughing now, (hopefully they will have some considerations on this, based on the dates taken, forms etc)

my aunt didn't pass my application due to some confusion regarding the photos.
but my papers is already in Canada, with my aunt, she'll be the one to submit it.
she'll submit it today.
