You are right. A November 16th applicant received the MR for his spouse today. I'm Nov 12 but haven't received anything yet.

It seems like I'm not the only one November 12th inland paper based applicant who does not receive MR yet.

It makes me feel a little bit relieved but, at the same time, bad.

Our turn might be coming in the next week or 2 weeks.

Let's wait. I just called CIC and the agent kept answering "Provincial nominee program from inside Canada takes 15 months. so, you can check the status in February 2016." like a machine. I thought I'm patient enough to wait for MR but not anymore

Be patient bro/sis. We should get the MR next week i'm 95% confident on that.

I think we will also get our PPR in February, 2017 or earlier if the processing time changes. I received my GCMS notes yesterday and there was a February 17, 2017 due date on it.

Technically SINP student stream is the most successful and most secure stream I searched google if any application has in the past got rejected but found nothing under SINP student PR.
