That means cic had been working on June applicants getting PPR for 4 months since May, September applicants got me 2 months ago, October applicants haven't get me yet, in this speed, if October applicants get me on September, November applicant will get me on December, isn't it.

I am wondering if cic almost reach the annual quota from 2016, so they have to slow down the speed in purpose...

CIC doesnt delay applications, its Visa office that delays and makes it slow, there immigration minister said they will accept 300,000 permanent residence , that means they have alot of work to do

No MR here November applicant back ground check still in progress I uploaded my Schedule A form with a detailed dates , my question is when will my status change from provided to we have revived the documents?

Dec inland applicant. Still no MR but my online status updated for background check. Was in progress and today changed to not needed!!! any ideas???

It is still provided, not received the documents.

I ordered it on July and got it 31 August , all are passed except security ??

I know another November 26th applicant same day as me get MR I think they are selecting randomly.

From what I saw in other threads, MR will probably be at the 12 months mark, PPR will probably be at the 15months-17 months mark. This doesn't take into account further delay/accelerate.
