I applied on 1nov at jal vfs and on 2NOV FILE FORWARED TO CHANDIGARH. STATUS SHOWS DISPATCHED PASSPORT ON 15/11/2016 PRAYING TO GOD AND VERY TENSED

30 oct 2016 they received and passport dispatched with rejection on 13 nov 2016
Date of rejection was 8 nov on the letter
I attached each and every document needed. My brother was my sponsor and his financial status was 17600 CAD.
Applied in Construction engineering technician diploma in Algonquin College Ottawa
I also attached my property paper with my application and my brother's monthly salary certificate.
I paid 8000 CAD fee to the College this document was also in my application.
But still i got rejected.
