R10 pass (not stage) is assigned to your PR application when IRCC is convinced that you have submitted all required documents and that your application is ready to be assessed(eligibility, background check).

PCC issue is a hard rejection. They(IRCC) don't offer any leniency with it.

They did send me a message asking to send a new PCC. It's only 2 weeks later they returned my application with a full refund.
Also, I'm not sure if my application passed R10(I'm guessing NO based on your explanation). I submitted through a lawyer and I didn't bother asking him.
That's truly unfortunate if you worked with a lawyer and they failed to check your documentation for the PCC issue. I guess, all's well that ends well. Best of luck!

I would highly suggest against joining Whatsapp groups that leak your personal info. What proof can you ask that isn't easy to fake? Tons of scammers out here who would join or create these Whatsapps groups. Stay anon on this forum or use Telegram to mask your personal info.

Hi, Did you create tracker account? What does your eligibility and background check says?
I didn’t create the tracked account because I have a representative. However, I checked on the automated number and they said we’re reviewing your eligibility and processing your background checks.
