Hey folks, is it going to be better to call IRCC to ask my progress? Kinda frustrated not getting after since my AOR (nov 29) Seems like they not even started reviewing.. and wondering if they gonna take any action if I call them.

They won't take action(positive/negative) because of you calling them. If you go through the thread, you'll see that the application processing for most is in progress even when there are no updates.

Eligibility can't be marked pass without R10. Eligibility is A11.2, not R10 though - the agents are not very educated on some of these things. They do have much more visibility(and get faster updates) compared to us though.

That's why a specifically asked the question regarding the Eligibility. Because on my GCMS notes it says passed- candidat. I was surprise to see that on tracker it's marked not started.

IRCC is significantly challenged when it comes to tech. It blows my mind on how old their IT systems really are! It shouldn't have been this hard for them to update all DBs(for tracker, GCKey, etc) in a weekly batch update.

I will not be surprised if they still use Windows XP on some computers

So I guess that when it says "completed" on the tracker, it refers to your A11.2 right? Not the R10.

Eligibility is A11.2, but I'd expect R10 is marked pass for A11.2 to be completed.

I just logged in and it's working fine for me. Try to log in using private window or retry after some time.

I have a question. I'm the principal applicant and my husband is dependent. Can he call IRCC? Are they gonna give him the information or do they only give information about the application to the principal applicant?
