You can pay here
https://eservices.cic.gc.ca/epay/order.do?category=10097

Then upload here
https://secure.cic.gc.ca/ClientContact/en/Application

You will still need to wait for the biometrics letter to get them done but it might save a few days to pay upfront (although looks like in most cases after they ask you to pay they issue the letter in 24 hours or less)
I paid and uploaded the receipt yesterday through the form. I received a message today that it was added to my file. That was very quick.

Guys as we are not allowed up front medical.
In how many days from the date of AOR can we expect the medical exam request ?

There is no exact timeline but people have typically received update 20-40 days post AOR.
They are still receiving upfront medical despite the new directive. A lot of post October applicants did upfront medical and had MEP within the timeframe I mentioned.

My luck was that the day I had to pass my medical was the same day that IRCC decided to ditch the upfront medical. But on GCkey I had still to upload something in the upfront medical section. And because I've already paid I had no choice so I passed the exam and uploaded it.
I'm November AOR and not response yet so far
