Though was told Ghost update mean your application is being moved from one office to another.

That's people interpreting from afar and hoping they're guessing correctly.

It has a slightly higher chance of being accurate than "that thunder and lightning means that the Gods are angered at your impertinence."

Tracker update again today, July 22. I feel this is just BS now.

Feb 2nd Medical request and SA eligible mentioned file moving to new delhi
No updates from here, there are only ghost updates can't even see medical and biometrics passed updates

New tracker not showing any updates. Last update is the Acknowledgment of receipt and only seeing ghost updates
