I think it means you've reached the end of the process and will likely be asked to send passport.

Everything completed on May 26. Got pre-arrival on May 27. No update on the new tracker after that. Was just checking the ECAS and found "Decision Made" under the Permanent Residence Application. I never checked the status using ECAS before.

I think I got this message via email through my Lawyer after my application was sent to Accra.
My Lawyer made me understand they were just asking if I want to change my representative.

In another way to see it ; It seem they might be asking for additional documents or International Passport.

If you have access to your GCkey,you might see it from another angle though.

I don't have access to GCKey unfortunately.

How did you fill the ecas? You gave sponsor details or Applicant details? I have been trying to check my wife's application status, but cannot find the application. SA, biometrics, medical, prearrival, background verification were completed 2 months ago, no updates after that. I have been trying ecas but couldn't find the application.

I tried both Sponsor and PA. It will only show up if it was paper based application.

Check with doctor. It takes about 15 days usually.
