I got the letter from CPC-Ottawa if that helps and if is an indicator of which Visa Office has been processing the file.

Sounds like Ottawa is processing your app. Once you get the pre-arrival the chances of your app being denied are slim but until you get the PPR anything can happen. Sounds like your app is moving, that's a good thing!!

Hello everyone, we applied for spousal sponsorship back in Nov 2020. File was transferred to NDVO in feb 2021. Medical and biometrics are already done in March. Now waiting for PPR, no update since March.

Yep, My representative did. That’s from where I got to know that the medical has passed.

I am in a similar situation. My file was transferred to NDVO in May 2021. No update after that. Medical was done in May but it isn't updated so far. Ecas still says application received.
