I am planning to sponsor my wife, she lives in Serbia and I live in Canada on PR status . So I am not sure should I send application package in Canada or in embassy in Serbia? I prefer sending in Canada but I am confused regardind address. Could you please help me?

Hey, you are applying for Outland spousal sponsorship so you should be mailing to Canada. Mail to the address stated on the checklist.

I guess up to you, but we didn’t. Just used paper clips for different forms and supporting documents

As jkjy said, just in 1 envelope is good with the paperclips, no staples, put your supporting docs after the form that the docs are for. Separate envelopes makes it harder for them to review it.
