Hey All,
I m Canadian citizen. I applied for family class Application ( Spouse and dependent child) Nov 8, 2020 Inland. My Spouse and child in india now.
Timeline :-
Application Received: Nov 12,2020
Application number: April 21,2021

Any idea about processing time or whts next step.

Hi all, got a furtherance medical letter yesterday. So, my concern is regarding AIP and SA . Do we need to wait for both the approval until medical gets cleared . ?? We still waiting for OWP as well.

Hi,

I don't think I understand your question.

Are you wondering if your SA & AIP will be delayed now that you received a medical furtherance letter? If yes, no one really knows how long after submitting the new tests, IRCC will move ahead with your application.
For some people in other months, IRCC went ahead with SA & AIP before clearing the medical.

Hello,

Did you submit an inland application and now your spouse & dependent have left Canada? They are usually supposed to stay in the country until processing is complete - did you send your application to the Mississauga (inland) or Sydney (outland & "choosing to have it processed as an outland application while staying in Canada") office?

The processing times are 12 months for each - however with pandemic closures and backlogs it is taking longer than 12 months for a lot of people.

Did you receive a temporary (starts with X) or permanent (starts with F) application number on April 12? With the permanent one, you can link your application to your online account. With the temp one you can call the service centre and get updates from an agent.

Next steps are usually biometrics and medical but it changes depending on inland vs outland. Here are some helpful links:

Hope this helps!

Yeah. Exactly this is what I meant .

Hi guys! Does anyone here receive request for additional information such as contact information, address, and email address for both applicant and sponsor? Or it's just maybe me? Thanks for any response.

November 5 applicant, still waiting for AOR

Did you get some kind of biometrics request or medical request? Or nothing at all?

I've got the prospective application number and the biometric fee reminder, but nothing else.

People who got actual AORs: what time of day did they arrive in your e-mail?

Even I am Nov 5th Applicant still waiting for AOR, I could see others received AOR and rushing for medical. Did you get to talk to the agent recently? whats their reply? Surprisingly why aren't they following the order for processing applications.

Hi Guys, Anyone knows what I need to do with the Invitation to Pre-arrival services?
I got AIP and Invitation to Pre-arrival services today.
