Great stuff! I like it

What is "Days Behind" on the chart?
It's based on this (assuming an adult who applied for a grant of citizenship and has received an AOR). So the latest update is today (10/26/21) and it says they are finalizing most applications received between July 21 and 27, 2019. The "days behind" refers to that difference in days (i.e. how long it might take from application to citizenship).

We know from this thread that many who applied after July 2019 have gotten their citizenship, but I'm using the slope of the line to understand if their processing times are getting better or worse. Up until now, it was mostly getting worse, so for the first time in a while I'm actually hopeful!

Hello,
I applied in 2018, and i did the test and interview in 2019. In march 2020 they asked me for more information. I sent it to them, then the lockdown began. In july 2020, i sent a request to withdraw the old application and sent a new one. They sent me the AOR of the new application in November 2020. However they kept both applications in process despite the fact i asked many times to cancel the old one. In October 2021, they cancelled the old application and kept the new one in process. So any idea how soon will i take the test ? Does that mean, they did not work on the new application until october 2021 ? Can anyone advise please, at least when i should expect the test.

this was submitted to Montreal office.

One of my friends submitted his file in December, got the oath letter yesterday for the ceremony to happen next month. That was fast.
