You need to have a valid email address, applying for yourself (no family), between 18 to 54 years old, be a permanent resident of Canada, not appointing a representative, have 1,095 days or more of physical presence in Canada, and not reporting time spent as crown servant in the physical presence calculation (outside or inside Canada), those are the questions asked at the beginning and if you answer them, it will take you to the online application. You will need to accept the terms and conditions and you will be able to start filling out the application.

It usually takes a while - for me when I checked the next day after the e-mail, it showed up. They're two discrete systems with different update periods, by the looks of it.
Hello guys, my application was delivered on Nov. 9th, it was a family application for my wife and me. There is no AOR e-mails yet but yesterday, using App. status online, it shows that they received my application on Nov. 9th but nothing for my wife yet. I can assume that my wife application is complete and will not be returned as it was family application in the same package, is that correct?, thank you in advance.
Yes ... because last time for me .. my wife's application was missing one line on one of the pages ( Not complete ) and we got all applications returned together. The fact that yours is acknowledged I think yours and your wife Applications are good as long as you have sent them in the same envelope as a family.
