Still waiting....nothing since they received my FP back in August ordered GCMC notes.nothing...Friends telling me yours is on "special" processing that might take up to 2 years!

Our application must be in the same office. Nothing for me since August too

I attended the citizenship ceremony on February 22 and it was very emotional. Judge Ivri moved us all.

I would like to thank everyone who helped with their answers during this process.

I hope you all get your citizenships soon.

This situation in Ukraine, albeit terrible, it won't help the applications move along any faster. That will only slow it down as the gov is talking about taking Ukraine refugees.

Unfortunate as it is, it'll really impact applications mostly in the Prairies, because that's the third-largest diaspora for Ukrainians in the world (Yay, my Citizenship textbook taught me something useful! ). Personally, I feel that a vast majority of them will end up in the EU and not Canada, but let's see.

When can I expect my Oath Ceremony invitation?

Guys----it is 7 months since i completed the test.....but i still see only the test status marked as completed....rest all - Physical presence, Prohibitions and language skills is still in progress for me.......

For wife everything is marked as completed.....and waiting for ceremony dates.....

I think my application is delaying the full completion for wife and kids as well....What is the general though - just wait?

Have you spoken to IRCC about the delay? They would be able to tell you if there is anything outstanding? Have you ordered your GCMS/ATIP notes to see what’s the hold up? With IRCC who knows why some people progress to oath within a few weeks and others literally years! It’s so frustrating but hang in there soon it will be good news!

Same here.....GCMS notes - no reply since nov, raised another one and no reply to that as well,,,,raised it through my MP....MPs office says they are busy....nothing moving........

Looks like it will be another 3 years before I get citizenship then. Still stuck at April 23. No background check completed and no test invitation. My grandmother could process these applications faster. Smh
