I truly hope you will. Define “soon” , currently you are on 2nd month of waiting, normally you can expect it on month 4 and on, however hard to predict with current delays.

Hey did you receive BIL?

my AOR is nov 16th, meds passed on Dec 21st and Bio updated for spouse(as she had already given them before) but me(PA) still didn't receive BIL, really worried about it.

Unfortunately with a query.
The query says, my husband has to submit PEBC credentials in a month.
He is the primary applicant and a pharmacist.
But we don't have PEBC credentials as our agent told that WES would be enough.
Now the situation is, PEBC takes 8 weeks to evaluate and we don't have that much time
Cam someone please help us with this ?
@legalfalcon any suggestions for this ?
IRCC clearly states:

https://www.cic.gc.ca/english/helpcentre/answer.asp?qnum=681&top=29

Assessment for pharmacists
If you are a pharmacist (NOC code 3131), where you need to get your report depends on your job.

If you need a licence to practise you must get your report from the Pharmacy Examining Board of Canada (designated January 6, 2014). This applies to you if you care for patients in a

  • hospital pharmacy
  • long-term care facility
  • community pharmacy
If you do not need a licence for your job, you can get your assessment from any other designated ECA organization. This includes jobs where you may need a pharmacy degree but may not need to have a licence to practise, such as

  • the government
  • the pharmaceutical industry
Contact the regulatory body in the province where you plan to live to find out if you need a licence to practise.

It will depend on the NOC code you selected and your intend work in Canada. If you cannot provide a evaluation from PEBC, you can request IRCC for an extension, and it is generally given.

Hello @legalfalcon,
My Aor was 8th nov 2020, do you think it's possible they haven't even done r10 completeness on my application? As I see no progress except a biometric request since 8th Nov. No Med. No ghost update. My details are as below.
Thanks.
If you have receive biometric request and medicals are passed, then most likely your R10 is also done.

R10 is the first stage. See https://bit.ly/3a1HYaB

R10 is the first step and is done within 30-45 days. One of the indicators is that if you have received medicals passed or biometrics instruction letter, then your R10 is passed. https://bitly.com

As per IRCC's annual 2019 annual report it takes 8-9 months for an application to process. This was pre-COVID
https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/corporate/publications-manuals/annual-report-parliament-immigration-2019.html

How long did it take to process an Express Entry application?
Table 35 displays the time, in months, that IRCC took to process 80% of applications under each program. In 2019, IRCC did not meet the processing standard of finalizing 80% of all applications sourced via Express Entry within six months. The processing time for Express Entry, overall, was eight months. As an alternative measure of processing times, 60% of applications finalized in the 12-month period ending on December 31, 2019, were completed within the six-month service standard.

Data is operational and as such should be considered preliminary and subject to change.

  • Processing times refer to the time in which 80% of applications were finalized by IRCC. The processing time is measured from the day a complete application is received until the time a final decision is made by an immigration officer.

I ordered from both...I got the 90 day extension for the IRCC ones, for CBSA 30 days hasn't passed yet.
@Ahamed06

90 day extensions from IRCC are happening a lot with only one/few GCMS providers, they are not common and most who receive an extension from IRCC are receiving for 60 days
