It was something to do with the background check, they needed additional papers. It seems that pre arrival doesn't really mean anything

Just when we thought that waiting for 15 months for this application was over, we are now facing another obstacle. Right now the mandatory hotel quarantine for $2000 has messed up her travelling plans. I am not sure how does it apply for newcomers as it does not makes sense. Hopefully it will end soon.

Haie i received my husband's prearrival 2 days ago! It says pr card now processing. Yes its really a dreadful wait . Plus our VO is mexico so u can imagine.
