Funny you should ask. The Ecas status says "Decision made" click here for more info.. When you click the link. its just a bunch of generic info No "YES/NO" or "Approved/Not Approved." but yes it does say "Decision made" .

Congratulations, you are super lucky
But the applicants who's files are with London Visa Office, are in miserable condition. Even Applicants of July and August 2019, are stuck after AoR2. I am August 09, 2019 Applicant, file is with LVO since January 13, 2020 and still can't predict anything about the remaining period. I didn't get anything after AoR2 which was received on July 20th 2020.
Thank you. I can understand. I have a friend who is June 2019 applicant London VO just got DM and PPR last month. It seems like the November and December 2019 applicants are getting there AOR2s now. Keep hanging there, hopefully you get a Christmas miracle.
Actually they didn't ask us about quarantine plan. However, we don't have plan go to Canada this time because coronavirus cases are increasing there. It's better to go there later on in spring.

Today GCKey updated says 100% complete (with 2 days left to reach 100%) Application approved, Background check completed. Still waiting on Passport docs to return from being into Canada. Also ECAS no update yet. (Ecas says decision made. does not say yes or no just "decision made")
I suppose their is no rhyme or reason how, why or when the systems get updated. its been a long covid filled 9 months! and 362 days since submitting. now that their is light at the end of my journey My wife and I have switch gears for our inevitable journey to the great white north!. Fwiw we will still post updates as we go. information is king. good luck to those still waiting. -S
