Is your file at NDVO?I wrote in my VO (DM/Pre-A 13.03) - they answer (21.03):
File has been approved. Passport request letter will be sent when situation normalizes.

We still haven't heard from them...since December. Last time my husband called them, they said they'd let us know once the file is transferred to Vienna. But then this virus thing started. No request for medical, for biometrics, nothing...just feel so helpless

We were thinking of asking them about it through web form because no one answers the phone, they have a recorded message now.
Do you think anyone would reply? It's clearly stated what kind of questions they reply to. Plus VO in Vienna is still closed so not much can be done right now anyway. Any kind of advice would be appreciated....

I wrote)) I received Pre-arrival and DM 13 March, later 22.03 I wrote to my VO and they replied that I was approved, but I will get a visa when the situation normalizes. Waiting when Poland or Ukraine or Russia open border coz in my country we haven`t VAC
