Hello,

A bit confused on a request. Was asked to submit a residential address history beyond the usual 5 year period. I submitted the requested confirmation of residential address history via the email address provided:

For fastest service, please submit your documents through email to: IRCC.CNMissRequestedDocs-DocsDemandesMissRC.IRCC@cic.gc.ca. Please note that this email is only for the submission of requested documentation, any enquiries or requests will not be read and deleted from the email box without notification. We can only accept unzipped PDF, JPG or .doc files that are attached to an email, totaling less than 5 MB. You may send your documents in multiple emails.

You may send the requested information/document(s) via the Case Specific Enquiry form at the following link:
https://secure.cic.gc.ca/enquiries-renseignements/canada-case-cas-eng.aspx

Does this mean I need to submit via Case Specific Enquiry Form as well? Or will the submission via the email address suffice?

Thanks for the help everyone!

Oh, not sure what happened with my application but on Jan 16 the ecas status changed to “app received” on Jan 17th it changed back to “in process”.
Is there any line addition in ecas after medical passed.?

Mine was transferred to M on 31st Dec and on 7th jan App changed from IP to AR and since then no update.
That is so confusing, everyone has that update including me but seems like it doesn’t mean anything, I can’t see any progress since. Mine changed on jan 10th

Is there any line addition in ecas after medical passed.?
Yes, Point 2 was added to these lines.
This was my ecas status since medicals passed on Jan 10th. No email on AOR2
