Yep, it's on the sponsor's side. Ecas is updated once a day. If you received an email today, give it 24 hours for a change to appear.

Hmmm ... that’s something new because its been over a week then for me and i dont see that line 4

I don't remember in how many days to be honest, but I believe the next day.

But what was delayed is an email itself. I got the email maybe a week after DM showed up on ecas. But that 4th line came the next day after the email.
