I live in Fredericton, New Brunswick. We sent our application yesterday but the employee at the post office said our package won't get out till today.
I (PA) applied for inland PR and OWP. I am an American Citizen, but lived in Israel for the most part. I did not include my Israeli Police Certificate in my package because Israel will only release them to the organization requesting them. Instead, I included a letter of explanation just to make sure they are aware of this. I also explained that I am headed to the Israeli Consulate in Montreal to submit my request. The Israeli Consulate told me that it takes about a month to be sent to IRCC.
