When should I receive the email from IRCC with the instructions?
Hi everyone ,
November 2019 applicant.
Received Aor in February 2020
Requested fingerprints first in august 2020
A year passes and they request fingerprints again in august 2021
Citizenship test was requested and completed at the end of March 2022
Fingerprints were requested again and now my background verification moved to complete together with citizenship test at the end of June.
Still waiting on oath and for the other fields to update. Anyone else waiting with me ?

I knew I won’t be getting the oath anytime soon since IRCC was treating 2019 and 2020 applicants are non routine and were putting 2021 and 2022 ahead of us to fix their timeline, so I decided to file the mandamus in august 2022 and it was filed in sep 22 2022 and my filed moved with days and received my oath within days after..
I have similar timeline. On Nov 29, IRCC request finger prints for the third time, which I submitted immediately.

Physical presence, Language Skills and Prohibitions have always been under 'In process' status.
I would appreciate if you can tell us how long takes the process of Momandus, once the lawyer hired , how long takes to get your file completed?
