I took my oath earlier today. I was reconnected back 4 times on Zoom as Telus Fibre optic (or possibly their connection) wasn't the best. Be prepared to wait for 10 minutes in the waiting room on Zoom.

I also didn't know we must read the oath in French as well so be prepared to read it in both languages.

It's still not over as Vancouver still needs to send me the Citizenship certificate and more importantly with correct information on it. Based on my experience with this office, it's still not over as many things can still go wrong on their side :(

ADMIN: My entry in the timeline sheet is under November 2019 and also in December 2019 - Thanks!

Isn't that a duplication since I did about two weeks ago?
Not everyone will know how to look for your 2 weeks old post. its easier for others to track the timeline if all of us put it in the signature.
Or else people ask for it.

We all know what cic is. We need to deal with it - only with wait time.
But wondering why you are still worried even after oath. There are many 2019 guys waiting for test. Be happy.

Hey guys, I got my invite for the test in march 2021 but as I was not in the country, I had to request to postpone it. now I am back and I have mailed IRCC. they say that I have to wait again for the test. any idea about the wait times in this scenario?

Varies. IRCC will send you a test invite when they have slots available AFAIK.

Any idea why you postponed during March? You can have that test from India also via online?

Sorry for the ignorant question, but how do you know which office handles it? Where can I find this information?

North York

There isn't an IRCC local office called "North York". Your application will be handled usually by the visa office that is closest to you.

If I have a stamp in two languages (every word is written in two languages: airport name, country, date of departure/arrival, ... etc) and one of them is English, do I still need to translate it?
