my second medical expired too... Medical status updated as "you do not need a medical exam"... I am exhausted of trying to be positive and hoping to receive ppr

I have received the PPR email today (November 2019 AOR) and as per the email I need to submit my passport for visa stamping in next 30 days. However, I have an upcoming international travel planned in first week of April for 10 days. If I submit after returning, I will be missing the 30 day deadline by 4-5 days. If I submit it at the earliest, I may not get it back by 1st April (22-23 days). What options do I have in this situation? Has anybody experienced similar situation?
