The travel restrictions are changing and you will have to see what is the latest on it when you travel.



Second: How long does it take to receive the PR card after landing in Canada?
Pre-COID 45-60 days, but not 3-5 months.

Third: Do I have to land in the province that nominated me or can I spend few days in Quebec for example before flying to that province?

Almost nobody got PPR from the November 2019 and December 2019 groups other than a few individual exceptions. However, IRCC is continuing to draw more people from the immigration pool. We even have a November 2020 group now! Like we, %95-99 of the November 2019 group don't exist. The immigration system for outlanders is just like a fraud.

Thanks Glaber, really surprising and pretty much a standard response from IRCC, no clarity on what to expect! I am just waiting to see what they do with the medical pass date, some folks have got it extended and other have to get it done.

No, the PCCs have to be valid only when you submit your application. A PCC that meets the following is valid:

• For the applicant’s current country of residence, the police certificate must have been issued no more than 6 months before the submission of the e-APR.
• For countries in which the applicant no longer resides, the police certificate must have been issued after the last time the applicant stayed in that country for 6 months or more in a row.
• Police certificates meeting the above requirements can be accepted even if they have an expiry date that has passed.
• This includes the requirement to provide a police certificate for countries in which the individual has travelled for 6 months or more in a row, whether or not the individual had an established residential address during this time.
• Police certificates are required upfront and are mandatory for each country (except Canada) where an individual has spent 6 months or more in a row within the last 10 years. The individual does not need to provide one for any period of time before the age of 18

IRCC can ask for a new PCC during the processing, but unless it is asked, you do not have to provide one.

I got my pcc done without ircc asking for it. Will it be uploaded automatically by passport service centre or shall I send the documents? Or I should be doing nothing and In case they ask for it only then I respond. Thanks in advance.

my application was applied from India and in September I moved to US.
I have updated IRCC about my address change.
will IRCC ask me to submit a new PCC for my stay in india?

Same here. Aor 5th nov. Fsw outland frm india. File approved since 17th march. Its like they forgot us. Primary office ottawa secondary new delhi. Where do we get to know in gcms that file has been transferred to local visa office or not?

I feel like only Nov 2019 aor is taking this long. even Dec 2019 AOrs are getting PPR. Only few remaining before Nov 2019. People are waiting and there comes new draws. I feel exhausted of waiting. I started wondering if there’s something wrong with my application?

I dont see its there is some thing wrong with applications, its the workforce who are not picking the cases

I think there would be more than 35K....probably around 90-100K, considering 2 draws of 4k each month
