I agree.
On one hand, US applicants can enter Canada even if their COPR was approved after March 18th. On the other hand, they havent really issued any PPR / COPR to US applicants after March.

They have. I and quite a few other applicants from US received PPR in July and COPR last week.

Hi
Congratulations on your approved status.
Can you please inform the forum regarding your PR details as in Category: FSW/PNP/CEC/Others ?
It looks odd that your primary office is New Delhi and you are receiving communication from that office too, while others are still awaiting that golden gate to open :) It would immensely help if you can throw some more light regarding this .
Thanks!

The eligibility takes place in two stages. First an analyst or an assistant will review and make a recommendation. This can be recommended passed / Met / etc. This recommendation is then reviewed by an officer who makes a final determination. The terminology used such as met / recommended passed / passed an no relevance. Only after the eligibility is passed will security start.

@legalfalcon : Thank you for your prompt response. I went through the notes section at the bottom of the GCMS document and found something that's totally irrelevant to my application. I am single and never married. Please advise.

This must have been entered in error. You can send a webform and inform IRCC of the note and clarify that you are single and not married.

On similar notes, just wanted to confirm, I have my eligibility as passed but my security not initiated. Does it mean when an officer or I am not sure whosoever responsible for my security looks at my file, they will again be assessing my eligibility or is it passed for good?
