Any one facing issues logging into CIC account thru GCkey? The site states there was a cyber attack few days back and impacted accounts have been notified. I have not received any mail from IRCC but still not able to login to my account. Please advice. I have already raised the webform; waiting for response.

Create a new GCKey and link your account to it. It happened to a friend of mine

@legalfalcon sir I need your help
My webform says that criminality and security background check is valid , but officer is still reviewing the eligibility requirements , so I have heard many people saying that security checks only initiate after the background has been done ,

But that's not the case with me

BGC includes criminality, misinterpretation, info sharing etc. To know the exact details, you need your GCMS notes.

Thanks for your reply. However, I'm still confused why there is a RR for my eligibility as I don't see any negative comments from those who had reviewed my application.

I have read your posts on the possible reasons for a RR earlier, but still couldn't find a single red flag for any of the review types (A11.2, R87, R75, R76). For a RR there should be at least conclusive evidence either from program assistant or case processing agent stating that they are not satisfied with the reviewed docs or something like that. Any idea why my application still ended up with RR even though it was recommended pass by agent?
Since you mentioned that there are no red flags anywhere in the GCMS especially around experience or the NOC roles & responsibilities (which was my RR case exactly), then it's most likely because the program assistant wasn't able to take a final call of directly marking Eligibility as Passed without the blessings or final word from the Senior Officer. Just one question - Was your experience letter NOT on the original company letterhead?

Yeah, I'm posted at client place and so I took a mail with my jobs & responsibilities from my manager (client) supported with letter from my parent company's HR and payslips.

There you go.. Mostly that's the reason why program assistant didn't have clearance to mark Eligibility = Passed and had to route it through the Senior Officer. I have seen many such cases where in there is really no glaring issues with respect to verifying the employment against the NOC roles & responsibilities, just because experience letter wasn't on company letter head it was put under RR, so don't worry, once Senior Officer gets to your case he will review once and mark it "Passed"

Thanks for your inputs on RR, it cleared a lot of burden :). Waiting hopefully for that day.

Hi @karthikb_itpro @legalfalcon ,

I received my GCMS today and see that there is a notes 1 with text : Email to be sent to RMO Ottawa for Medical Reassessment Request.

On my CIC Profile, Medical was marked as passed earlier. Wondering what is this Medical Reassessment request again.

Can you please provide any helpful info you are aware of about this request ? Do I have to take medicals again?

RMO is the regional Medical Office. Are you medicals about to expire?

As per CIC portal , medicals passed on Dec 17th 2019 and I believe those are effective till Dec 17th 2020. Looking at the date, I think I have at least 3 1/2 months more to expiry. Please advise.

If your application has not yet been approved, then this is a normal request before the final review takes place. As per the RMO response you will be asked to get remeds, or your meds extended. IRCC cannot send you a PPR unless your meds are valid until you land.

Thank you @legalfalcon , hopefully they won't ask for remeds as it is extra expense.
