Hi Kar_21...my application is very similar to yours. My 1st application (AoR 14th feb 2019), was refused in Oct 29th 2019. We reapplied again, with AoR 14th Nov. our Medical was passed in Dec, but again went back to “we do not need Medicals” in a couple of days. This might have happened as we did our Medicals in Nov 2018. However, it again changed back to “Medical passed” on 15th Jan (our guess is this might have happened coz when we applied, our Medical report was still within 1 year, hence valid by the rules”.
You should check when was your medical report (previous) submitted to IrCC. If you re-did the Medicals for your 2nd application, then there shouldn’t be any problem.
Thank you for reply.
My medicals are valid till end of Jan 2020. It was the same medicals with which applied my first application and second application.

Heyy Kennedy , I used the TextNow app to call the inland IRCC number available on the website. This is the number +1 (888) 242-2100.
Thanks Dia, I did call em up and the IVR says unusual wait times call up later and then hung up! Will try again in a while, Thanks.

are you guys getting ghost updates for when the eligibility is met/passed? My AOR is November 4 and I heard nothing yet. I might call IRCC after 90 days

Hi Dia,
They are not picking up my call.

At what time did you call them.

Hi @legalfalcon

Called CIC yesterday and they said that all 4 Eligibility, Criminality, BC, Security are "In Progress" status and they can't check whether it's Met or Passed. When checked about the visa office they said that the file is still in Sydney even after 2 months and they said they can't say whether it's going to be assigned to any other VO or it will be in Sydney only. I see that for most people at least Eligibility is either Met or Passed but for us it's still "In Progress". So far going through all the forums I have never seen someone's all 4 being "In Progress" at least not Security which starts very late in the game! Is this something you or someone has faced?

My timelines are below:

PNP-Outland | CRS: 1023 | NOC: 0213 | IELTS: 11-May-2019 | WES: 24-Jun-2019 | e-APR: 24-Jun-2019 | OINP EOI: 01-Aug-2019 | Nomination Received: 10-Oct-2019 | ITA: 30-Oct-2019 | AOR: 20-Nov-2019 | Medicals Passed: 10-Dec-2019 | BioMetrics Invitation Letter: 10-Dec-2019 | GU1 (eMail): 11-Dec-2019 | BioMetrics Completed: 13-Dec-2019 | First Call to IRCC CIC: 8-Jan-2020 | GU2 (no eMail): 9-Jan-2020 | CIO: Sydney | Eligibility: In Progress | Criminality: In Progress | Background Check: In Progress | Security: In Progress | Final Decision: TBA

Appreciate your suggestions.

Thanks

I managed to get through and speak to the IRCC agent, he confirmed that my application is being processed in the New Delhi Office.

1. is the the VFS or the High commission?
2. How can I know more of the status, stage and processing time?
