My complete guess is that they are currently working on their plan for outlanders and what they are going to do going forward and this information will help with planning. For example, if they approve people, will they get a wave of arrivals from all the months that have been delayed? Are people going to just wait out the situation because of the economy? The people who haven't gotten ITA because of the FSW draw suspension, have they given up and now Canada is losing skilled immigrants? It all helps with figuring out how to move forward. They said they are trying to revamp the process so I think this is for that goal.I've had this too. Don't suppose anyone can guess what this might mean for those of us outlanders waiting? It'd be only a guess.
But this is just a guess from someone who knows absolutely nothing. Wish I had gotten the survey!
