It seems like your eligibility is passed. Are these the only notes and what are your assessments on page 2.
Oh these were in the notes section at the bottom of the GCMS note towards the end where officers drop different notes and transfer files..

This is the details for page 2 under the heading assessment.

@legalfalcon
Your application has been approved and you just wave to wait for the PPR, if you are not from a visa exempt country. If you are an inland applicant you will get an email. If you are an outland applicant, you will have to wait until IRCC starts sending out PPRs.

Thanks for your consistent support here @legalfalcon , please any reasonable clues as to when IRCC will start sending PPRs to Outland applicants?

Not until things open up in the respective countries and travelling restrictions are eased a little. Sending our PPRs now and then getting tons of extension requests just adds to IRCCs administrative burden. Also, currently any person entering Canada has to self quarantine, which may be difficult for many. So until everything is clear or at least partially open, PRRs will not be sent. However, IRCC will continue to send PPRs to inland applicants.

Finally some good news. Called IRCC today and they said that the Ottawa case processing Center is going to start issuing PPR letters June 3 2020 on wards. My application was approved last week but a physical copy could not be generated for PPR since the office is closed. According to the agent this letter will be used directly at the border for landing after the travel ban is lifted.

My application details:

Category- FSW-Outland (Citizenship- India, Residence- USA)
AOR- 9th November 2019
Med Passed- 9th December 2019
One ghost update on 2nd April 2020 (Security and Criminality was paased)
Final Decision- 11th May 2020 (Approved)
PPR- Pending Due to Covid-19 office closure in Ottawa.

I hope we all will get the good news in our email soon.
All the best everyone.
Congrats @nikhilkulkarni99 this is great info for us. But what was ur question to the customer service agent, did u like directly ask him about the date on which PPRs would be sent?

Just curious to know how did the agent spit it out so early when nobody has any clue about it

So if you are from a visa exempt country like the US, they won't send PPR, just an email? Will they mail CoPR as well, or will that come when the border reopens?

If you hold a US passport, then you will be sent an email and the COPR will be sent to your address. There is no need for your to send your passport as you do not require a visa to travel to Canada.

Hi Legalfalcon, thanks for all your guidance on these forums. Do you know if the same would apply for UK/Irish passports? I received that generic email with background verifications valid and wondering do I need to wait until the VFS offices open or if COPR could be sent directly once IRCC begin issuing...

Hi,

I'm considering ringing to try to get an update. I could really do with knowing if our application is complete so we can start to plan how we do a landing visit from the UK. Does anyone know the number I ring please?

Hi @legalfalcon thank you for reply. I am not from a Visa Exempt country, but I am presently based in Canada on a permit.

Then you will receive an email and your landing too will happen over the phone.
