You can call again and confirm what is your VO, maybe in a week or so.

I updated my comment, it seems there is a difference between Met and Passed in eligibility. so I just met that step,

and for visa office, I will call them

Hi guys. I have a question please. My sister submitted her application on November 9 (AOR). She only claimed points for her bachelors degree but attached all her educational documents (including masters degree and transcripts). Is this ok ? Or will it be problematic since she doesn't have an ECA for her masters but still declared it under education section and attached documents.

Please advice

should be fine as long as it wasn't claimed for points, you can attach it, it has no validity.

Thanks andy108. And this check must be part of completeness check right? Since her AOR was November 9, is it safe to say that the application would has already passed through completeness check?

Hi I would like to share our timeline and ask your opinion about a concern.

CEC inland.
AOR: 15 Nov 2019
MEP : 5 Dec 2019
Background check : We are processing your background check. We will send you a message if we need more information.

We called IRCC yesterday and they said:
Eligibility: Not started
Criminality : Processing
Security: Not started

It's just so frustrating, and I don't understand why our eligibility wasn't even started, since most of people with same AOR here already got passed on that phase.

Do you guys have an ideia ? Should we order GCMS ?

Hi there,

I just called CIC. Please see below for my update.

AOR: Nov 27,2019
MED: Passed - December 17,2019
Eligibility: Met - January 15,2019 (I got a ghost update on this date)
Criminality: Passed
Security: Not started

I guess I'm waiting for the senior officer to review my eligibility and change it to passed then Security will start.

Hi
Can someone please tell me what this means.

"We verified the information on file and can confirm that:

The eligibility verifications are currently valid.

The security background verification has not been initiated.

The criminal background verification has not been initiated."

That's the reply I got from IRCC after enquiring my status.

AOR: 27 NOV
MEP: 06 DEC
BIL: 13 DEC
RPRF REQUEST AND PAID: 19 DEC

Thanks in advance.

You are still quite early to in the stage, so it may take a bit to progress, but based on your timeline you are good.

Hello everyone!

I submitted my application for my EE under FSW on 22nd November and passed the medical on 4th December.

Since then I just notice a growth of 1% a day on my application.

I logged in today and found out that my processing time, which was 4 months till yesterday, has been updated to 18 weeks.

I am confused as of what happened and at the same time I am curious to know how much time does it actually takes to get the PPR after medical being passed.

Also, one of my friend applied under the same catagory last yearand successfully received his PPR within a month.

Please advice. Thanks in advance.

Hi @andy108

Called CIC yesterday and they said that all 4 Eligibility, Criminality, BC, Security are "In Progress" status and they can't check whether it's Met or Passed. When checked about the visa office they said that the file is still in Sydney even after 2 months and they said they can't say whether it's going to be assigned to any other VO or it will be in Sydney only. I see that for most people at least Eligibility is either Met or Passed but for us it's still "In Progress". So far going through all the forums I have never seen someone's all 4 being "In Progress" at least not Security which starts very late in the game! Is this something you or someone has faced?

My timelines are below:

PNP-Outland | CRS: 1023 | NOC: 0213 | IELTS: 11-May-2019 | WES: 24-Jun-2019 | e-APR: 24-Jun-2019 | OINP EOI: 01-Aug-2019 | Nomination Received: 10-Oct-2019 | ITA: 30-Oct-2019 | AOR: 20-Nov-2019 | Medicals Passed: 10-Dec-2019 | BioMetrics Invitation Letter: 10-Dec-2019 | GU1 (eMail): 11-Dec-2019 | BioMetrics Completed: 13-Dec-2019 | First Call to IRCC CIC: 8-Jan-2020 | GU2 (no eMail): 9-Jan-2020 | CIO: Sydney | Eligibility: In Progress | Criminality: In Progress | Background Check: In Progress | Security: In Progress | Final Decision: TBA

Appreciate your suggestions.

Thanks
