Mine Visa office is also same, Just called CIC today and they informed.

Called CIC too, Agent said that notes showed my Eligibility started @ Sydney CIO

Also, when i can expect BIL.

This update is a trend and it usually indicates that criminality is cleared, its an email one day after the bio request

Thanks for input brother. But, i am yet to receive bio request. Got this email a day after MEP. Great to know that its an indication to criminality clearance. Any idea by when i can expect bio request.

Well, usually bio request comes with the mep but for some it gets delayed a couple of days so i guess you should be expecting it soon.
The profile update indicating the criminality is a trend and when people called after this update they were informed that criminality is cleared. Because usually thats the first step after MEP

I have been asked to provide these below letters and I have replied with below content. Can you please advise if that's correct and sufficient.

• Offer of Employment - I am working in Canada on work permit. Therefore, I have submitted the present Canada employer offer letter
• Employment Records -Reference letter+ Indian Employer offer letter + Indian work pay slips
• Letter of Employment -Canada Employer offer letter + Canada work pay slips

Request you to please confirm if above docs are correct, and help me to understand how Letter of Employment is diff. from Offer of Employment.
