November 2018 Outland Applicants (Spousal Sponsorship)

My wife has received her PPR on Sept 25, and the package arrived in Ottawa on the 30th. We've been awaiting her COPR since then, with no update on the case. We've tried calling the phone line, but the agent could only say that things are in progress and that everything looks good. It seems they may have a lot of PPRs to process at this time.

Having to wait without much information is so tough and we can't really plan the move until we can set the landing interview, I really wish they could give us more info on the process...

Hi All, quick question. Does anybody here has an idea if its fine to apply a visitor/tourist visa even if we have another application currently in process? Though, we did apply on Nov 2018 so we are expecting to get an update soon however this is just a worst case scenario. We applied under commonlaw with 1 dependent and the last update was July 10 for the Pre Arrival Letter and nothing more. We are close to 12months already and we dont know whats going on with our application in MVO. Thanks. All, quick question. Still waiting for the COPR, this is taking so long! At least things seems to be moving for more people today in other threads related to the ppr/copr..!

21 days remaining for the 12 month mark. No pre arrival and since September 26 when I submitted additional documents nothing so far. So stressed and frustrated. Who else is still left for DM ??? London visa office by the way

Manila Visa office is very slow too. I have 30 days left.
